"The head trainer, Sara, is amazing. She's always open to answering questions, and gives great tips for how to continue training at home. She does pack training and agility work with the dogs too, so I know Gracie gets tons of mental stimulation as well as play time with other pups."
Sara is the best! We began bringing our lab puppy Henry here in order to socialize him and reinforce the skills he's learned in his 1-on-1 training. I was wary because I had heard bad things about puppy classes but after coming here, my mind was changed. Henry has gotten so much out of the classes and we have as well. Sara is great at taking the time to get to know each puppy and owner and really goes out of her way to ensure safety for all of the dogs. Henry is about to graduate kindergarten but we will definitely be back for daycare to continue the socialization process for our puppy. Thanks Sara!!!!

Sara, the lead trainer, is everything we hoped for. It's clear that she absolutely loves dogs, and her approach is positive and clear. This is my first puppy so I got a lot out of the class, maybe even more than my pup ; ) Since my dog wasn't fully vaccinated, this was also the time that we socialized him. We will definitely be signing up for the basic obedience class to continue our training with Sara, once our dog is old enough.
Sara is always willing to answer our questions about training and basic dog care when we see her. She's super generous with her time. We trust her so much that she recently boarded our dog for a week when we went out of the country.

Because in the beginning my dog had a hard time leaving me, Sara (the best!) suggested she meet me at my car and that we all walk in together. Sara gave my dog time in the back gated area to acclimate with 1 or 2 dogs, gradually bringing in a few more dogs before all of us moved into the larger indoor area. This process used to take about 20 minutes.
Once my dog made a few doggie friends, Sara would bring his favorite doggie friend to my car to greet him. No more coaxing necessary - my dog would leap out of the car and follow his friend straight to the entrance. Our drop off process was down to 10 then 5 then 2 minutes. Brilliant.
Having weekly positive social interactions with such skilled and loving trainers (as well as the very well behaved dogs) has given my dog such a boost in his self confidence.

"Sara got them to "sit" in a matter of minutes. Pretty amazing. And, they do it for me too!
Puppies came home exhausted. A tired puppy is a happy puppy! "
